Again, the news report showed the story of Barefoot Garden coming to the Moundsville Arena. Julie Ulicia hopped up and down as she sang. Every time they showed a close-up, I couldn't help but take in her image. A perfect jawline, large green eyes, a cute nose. She made me forget all about Vale and her sultry, lustful ways. Vale and I weren't in a love-based relationship. Nothing but lust existed there, and perhaps obsession. She proved to be needy; so needy she would hang on my arm in Arts and Crafts class, and I would always feel miserable. Vale made me feel that almost always; unless we were making out, or more.

I sighed deeply as the story switched back to the explosion of Flight 412. It had been hours, and they hadn't determined what had caused the plane to blow. The black box seemed to be missing, so the possibility of foul play had increased.

A sharp ringing came from the closet. My phone.

I climbed out of bed and rolled the IV stand with me. Pulling open the door, I found my clothes in a plastic bag, along with my phone. I plucked the cell from the bag and crawled back into bed. On the seventh ring, I finally looked at the screen. Of course, a picture of Vale appeared, doing the most annoying duck face.

I silenced the call and laid my head back on the pillow. Seconds later, the phone rang again, and I hit the reject button. A third time, the phone went off, and I growled. Reject. Almost immediately came the fourth call. Finally, blood boiling, I swiped the answer tab and put the phone to my ear.

"What?" I snapped.

"Well, aren't you in a grumpy mood, Jakey-Poo?" Vale's asked in a sensual voice. She always had that sound, every time she spoke; like she wanted to jump my bones right then and there.

"I am when you call me four times in a row!"

"YOU weren't answering. I was worried. I still am. Are you in Trenton General?" she asked.

"Yeah, what of it?" I grumbled.

"I want to come see you! I miss you SO badly. School was a nightmare knowing you'd been taken away in an ambulance!"

"Sorry, no visitors. Doctor's orders." I lied.

She giggled. "Oh, I thought they would say something like that. I have a plan."

"Don't even think--"

The phone call dropped, and I looked at the screen. It read Call Ended. Cursing under my breath, I set the phone on the table beside my bed. Vale coming had to be the last thing I wanted. Hopefully, we'd just lost reception, and she didn't plan on visiting me. Knowing her, she wanted ONE thing; one thing I would not do in a hospital and didn't feel like doing then in general. I still didn't feel mentally well.

Less than five minutes later, my door cracked open, and I saw a puff of pink hair. Vale's voice floated in. "Jakey-Poo? Are you in there?"

"No!" I snapped.

"Goody!" Vale sang as she slipped in and shut the door behind her. "I went to the wrong room a few minutes ago and nearly gave an old man a heart attack. He thought I was a stripper! Can you believe it?"

I rolled my eye. With the way she dressed, I could.

She rushed to my side as she tossed her purse on a chair. Her fingertips trailed around the IV area. "Oh. Em. Gee. Jakey-Poo, are you all right?"

"I'm all right, mostly..." I murmured, turning away from her.

She rushed to the other side of the bed and put her face close to mine. "I know JUST what you need!"

Vale kicked off her flip-flops and climbed onto my bed. She pulled down my blanket and straddled me, she slowly bucked her hips and my face burned red.

"V-Vale! Not here!" I whispered.

"Oh, but you do want it! You can't hide that from me!" She giggled.

She may have been right about my body wanting to get it on, but my mind had other things in mind.

"Please, get off!" I struggled to move her, but she closed her legs tight like a vice. Then she leaned forward, laying her heavy bosoms on my chest, and put her wet, hot, lips on my neck. Tingles exploded through my body as she softly bit down,   and slid her hand under my hospital gown, moving down, down, and down.

"Please," I moaned. "Not now. Later! I promise!"

She shoved her lips against mine and stuck her tongue in my mouth. Before I knew it, we were in a severe bout of making out. I couldn't resist her any longer. She had that effect on me, with her smell of rosy perfume, and her soft lips and warm skin.

"Okay, fine," I said. "But let's be quick!"

"It's never quick," she whispered into my ear.

Vale reached her hand under her skirt, and a sudden knock came to the door. I sucked in my breath as she jumped off, her feet slapping the floor. She pulled the blanket over my lower region and flattened out her skirt.
